Haven Church loves serving others in the Eau Claire community. We would like to support the non-profit Beacon House. Beacon House helps families by providing a short-term place to stay and a warm meal. They are able to house 4-6 families while they get themselves ready to move on to the next chapter of their lives. Haven Church has agreed to help them with groceries and warm meals during the week of June 29th - July 5th.

Peanut Butter & Jelly Donation Drive
Please join Haven Church as we participate in the local Peanut Butter & Jelly Drive! Bring your peanut butter and jelly to Haven Church during the month of August! Last year the community was able to donate 6,000lbs of peanut butter and jelly. Let’s make an impact together!

Confirmation Ceremony
Come and support the 2024/25 8th Graders as they participate in this year's Confirmation Ceremony.
It will be held at Haven Church’s new building on Saturday, Nov. 15th at 11am.
There will be a walk through at 10am for the confirmation class to attend.
God has big plans for them!

Join other students from Haven Church, the Chippewa Valley, and surrounding areas as we learn more about Jesus through sports! Get ready for a life-changing week! We can’t wait to have you join us. :)

Builder's for Christ Trip
The next church to be built by Builder’s for Christ is Hope Chapel in Sterling, MA.
Please read the information below to determine if you are interested in traveling with Haven Church.
The cost of the trip will be determined based off of how many people come with us.

TRIP INFORMATION
Haven Church plans to send a team of volunteers to help Builder’s for Christ to build and frame the walls of the new church in Sterling, MA. Will you join us as we plan to build Monday, May 19th through Friday, May 23rd? Cost will be determined based off of how many volunteers come and travel with us! Let us know by signing up above.

We are excited to finish off a year of our Wednesday night programming by enjoying an evening at Action City. Join us for pizza & soda as we get our energy out on the trampolines. All children and families from Haven Church are invited to attend. (4K-High School)

6th & 7th Grade Boys Mission Project
Are you interested in sports?
Would you like to make a difference with youth sports in our community?
If so, please consider helping with our 6th and 7th grade youth group and their mission project.
They are raising money for Big Brothers Big Sisters of Northwestern Wisconsin.
This money will be used to specifically help families afford athletic fees and sport equipment.
Please support them by donating money.
You can bring money to the lobby of Haven Church from April 27th through May 18.

1st Bible Class
We love seeing children “on fire” for their faith! Think back to how exciting it was to receive your first Bible. Join us in helping educate our 2nd, 3rd and 4th grade students about the Bible.
This is a two-weekend class designed to encourage our young leaders to start understanding and reading the Bible. They will receive a new Bible and will learn some history and tips for reading. Parents should plan on attending. Can’t make it to both classes? Let us know.

Birthday Boxes (7th Grade Girl Fundraiser)
Will you help the 7th grade girls of Haven Church make a difference for families in Eau Claire? They are putting together Birthday Boxes to help families through Western Dairyland. Some families don't have enough money to give their children a special birthday celebration. Please help them by donating money or birthday supplies! You can bring them to the lobby of Haven Church from March 17-April 7th. Help us make a difference!

Please join the Elementary aged students of Haven Church in raising money for Safe Families of the Chippewa Valley! Safe Families hopes to make a difference by helping families before the need for foster care arises.

We will be collecting donations at Haven Church for this cause! If Haven Church can raise $1000, then Jordan Van Proosdy will need to dress up in a funny costume for this event!

Hygiene Drive for the Homeless
The 8th grade boys of Haven Church are asking you to help them make a difference!
Join us as we help provide hygiene products for people in need in our community!
Most urgent needs include:
Soaps: laundry, dish, soft, shower gel, 2-in-1 shampoo
Trash bags (shelters especially need these for bedrooms)
Diapers (sizes 3-6 and Pull-Ups)
Deodorant (unscented)
Wet wipes
Toilet paper
Paper towels
Disposable razors
Tampons and maxi pads
Please bring all items to Haven Church by Sunday, March 16th. There will be a collection bin in the gathering area.

Informational Meeting - Builder's for Christ (Building a church in Massachusetts this summer!)
Our church has been so blessed by the ministry of Builder’s for Christ. Countless volunteers flocked to Eau Claire, WI to help us build our new church building. We are forever grateful!
Join us as we pay it forward to the next church that will be built by Builder’s for Christ. This summer they will be building an addition on to Hope Chapel in Sterling, Massachusetts. Check out the Building Plans!
We will be sending a team of people to participate in this build. Please join us as we begin to plan out our summer trips to Massachusetts. There will be an INFORMATIONAL MEETING on SUNDAY, JAN. 26th from Noon - 12:30pm after services at Haven Church. Please plan on attending if interested in learning more.

Haven Kids - Christmas Song in Worship
Haven Kids are excited to join together with the congregation in praising Jesus through song and worship!

Sunday, December 22nd at both 9:00 & 10:45 worship services.
Please have your children checked in and in programming early.
We will be walking into worship at roughly 9:05am and 10:50am.
The children will join with the congregation as they march into the sanctuary while singing and ringing bells! The kids will be practicing this song on Sundays leading up to worship. If you have time in your busy schedule, please play this song so that they get more familiar with it.
We are excited to worship with all of you soon!
Gingerbread House Night
Haven Church is so excited to offer your children the opportunity to create their very own Gingerbread houses!
On Wednesday, December 18th our Elementary, Middle & High School students will be enjoying an evening full of Gingerbread fun.
There are many items that go into this event. We decided to see if instead of asking children to bring money for it, would you consider donating some candy and items for others to use?
We are expecting around 120-150 children to participate. Elementary will be participating as individuals and Middle & High School as groups.
Would you please sign up to help bring items for our Gingerbread house event? If possible, please bring your items in before Wednesday, December 18th. If not, then please bring them to the event.

The Christmas season is almost here and there is a lot to prepare for! Our 8th Grade Girls are excited to give you a chance to do some Christmas shopping & wrapping! Our middle school youth are thrilled to plan a Pajama party for your kids.

After breakfast, bring your children in their pajamas and let the 8th grade girls prepare a morning of fun for them! Christmas movie, snack, art time are just a few of the fun activities that they will enjoy. You can then have the morning to prepare and rest before you pick them up at noon for lunch.
